Eliana Marianes handles the story's tonal shifts with ease, moving between Kyla's dry humor and moments of genuine vulnerability without losing the chemistry that drives the plot. At just over five hours, the runtime keeps things tight and propulsive. Jamieson's dialogue is sharp enough that it lands well in audio, and the lake-house setting translates vividly to a listening format that rewards close attention to voice and subtext.
